이클립스에서 xml 파일을 열면 이전까지 오류가 없다가
downloading-external-resources-is-disabled 라는 오류가 생기면서 빨개지는 경우!
window > Preferences
XML(Wild Web Developer)
Download external resources like referenced DTD, XSD
해당 체크박스 설정 후 apply 하면 오류가 해결된다.
